I've never dyed or highlighted my hair, and the idea of using chalk to temporarily change my hair colour is very tempting.
Steps - but this is so simple I just look stupid typing this out
1. Wet hair
2. Rub chalk of choice (I'm using a magenta shade) onto strands.
3. Dry.
Note: try to do this on a washable surface or line with paper, because it will definitely get very messy. See:
And voila! Apologies for the tiny demonstration... it's late at night and I have work tomorrow. Doubtful that my colleagues would understand.
Here's a zoom in! Pretty good pigmentation right? Considering that I have almost-black hair |
What a cost-efficient and quick way to change up and make your outfit more interesting. Best of all: it washes out with water.
One magenta-splattered sink and 5 minutes later, my hair is normal again. |
