I haven't been trying new products out in awhile, and my skin routine is getting rather boring. I decided to change things up and treat myself to a luxe facial at Clarins Spa.
(Alright, full disclosure: "treating myself" in this situation meant treating myself to my mom's facial package. Oop! Almost the same right?)
The entire facility smelled relaxing and soothing, like a blend of geranium and camomile.
If only they sold that incense oil... |
The website describes this facial as:
"Intensively replenishes depleted moisture levels in dry, dehydrated skin which immediately restores softness, suppleness, comfort and radiance. An oasis in the desert that is parched skin."
Some products used in my facial: (not all products used are included in this list, sorry! My memory has its limits):
-One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser
-Total Eye Concentrate
-Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil
-Brightening Hydrating Day Lotion SPF 20
After the facial, I was offered some detoxifying ginger tea, and to my relief, was not pressured to buy any products. I was encouraged to look at their display of products and my facialist didn't need any prompting to recommend products that she thought would help my skin, but there was no pressure whatsoever to buy anything.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my skin was definitely glowing afterwards! I would most definitely go again; really lovely facial to unwind after a long tiring day.
